Volver a Casa Retreat

October 22-25, 2026 | Puebla, Mexico

A return to yourself.

This retreat was created for those who feel the need to pause, to step away from the noise, and reconnect with something deeper within themselves.

Held in an intimate sanctuary in the heart of southern Puebla, Mexico, Volver a Casa is a carefully held space for emotional, physical, and spiritual reset.

A Personal Invitation

Four years ago, I was guided to this land through my own healing journey. Along the way, I received a clear message — that I would bring people here, one by one, to receive the healing they are ready for.

This retreat is an extension of that path.

Who This Is For

This space is for you if:

  • You feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck

  • You are ready to release what your body is holding

  • You are seeking something deeper than surface-level change

  • You feel the call to reconnect with yourself

This is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you are.

If you feel called to this work, trust that.

You do not need to have everything figured out. You only need to be willing to begin.
