Why This Retreat Exists

The pressure to perform, provide, and stay strong often leaves little room for processing grief, fear, trauma, or simply the weight of being human. Over time, what goes unprocessed doesn't disappear. It settles in the body, shows up in relationships, and quietly erodes a man's sense of purpose and aliveness.
This retreat exists to change that.

The Setting
Volver a Casa is a quiet sanctuary nestled in the heart of southern Puebla, Mexico. Surrounded by nature and held in simplicity, this space is designed to support depth, presence, and connection — both individually and in community.
The retreat includes access to a traditional temazcal, offering a respectful and grounded way to incorporate ancestral practices into the experience.
